I think if you just specify a smaller table (or cell) to place the image inside
it will scale itself to that box/table/cell from what I remember back when I
was using it.
If you 'truly' need to resize the image then you will need to use a third party
tool (import) to do it. (Sure some peeps can name a few.. i'm rather busy at
present).
Alternatively.. if you just spec the borders smaller, won't it scale itself
anyway? (I could try it out later, but will have to wait till at least
lunchtime (3 hours ish).
