Hi,
 Can I encrypt the PDF with out setting owner password? The method
PdfEncryptor.Encrypt doesn't have any overload that doesn't need the owner
password. I went through some old topics and they say passing null won't
help either. I apologize if I am posting the same question that was already
posted before, I just didn't find it.
