I can make a ton of PDFs with Acrobat Professional that don't show up in 
pdf.js.

Don't blame tools that are ISO-32000-1 compliant because they produce 
PDFs that can't be viewed in a PDF viewer that doesn't implement the ISO 
standard. That's just cruel.
