No. For some reason, your package seems to be with a problem. I'll do
some tests here and let you know.
This occurs when the iup.dll does not exports the function used by the
iuplua*.dll.
Meanwhile, maybe you downloaded the IUP base libraries and the IupLua
libraries for different IUP versions?
