Antonio, It's working now. Turns out there were some files that had not been removed from an old Lua for Windows (5.1) setup that had another copy of iup.dll. I had forgotten that this was even on my machine. Sorry for all the trouble diagnosing this. Iup is know working perfectly and it doesn't seem like the learning curve is very steep. Thanks for all you help and for the excellent product and its fine documentation.
