Using Yocto I think you should in fact get fairly easy integration of the
proprietary graphics drivers since I believe Rensas is developing a
click-through agreement for the GENIVI Demo platform which integrates the
proprietary graphics, Renesas BSP, and is built on Yocto. That might get
you what you want, or get you part of the way, you'll likely have to add or
at least modify recipes for the Tizen IVI bits.
