For kernels >= 2.6.15 you should enable the
CONFIG_VIDEO_AUDIO_DECODER and CONFIG_VIDEO_DECODER config options of
the kernel.
Alternatively, remove the 'NO_SUP_MODULES :=' line in ivtv/driver/Kbuild
to force building the supporting modules.
