Sometimes it takes awhile for me to wake up :-)
You are using cx25840, wm8775 and tuner modules from ivtv-0.3 instead of
those from the 2.6.18 kernel. You can see that based on the 'ivtv i2c
driver' lines in the log.
Remove those old modules and try again. It should work now.
