The interesting thing is that FC6 worked fine with this controller ( and ivtv ). I backed rev'ed the kernel in Fedora 7 to 2.6.21 and the machine is stable again. No more card resets. The box also appears stable with 2.6.22 as long as I don't use ivtv. So to me that points to a bad interaction with ivtv and 2.6.22.
