The 2.6.10 version isn't just a merge of the ivtv stuff, the msp3400
got alot more rework.  It uses v4l2 everythere now internally, not
only in simpler mode.  With the result that the "simple" mode now
works with ivtv as well.  What was the point of adding the "simpler"
mode in the first place btw.?

I've also left out some things obsoleted by some other changes while
merging it.  Maybe I've overlooked something.  Feel free to mail me
patches for review.
