As a reference point, I've got a PVR-350, and I've had no luck getting the FM tuner working (video capture and playback works just great). Last time I asked, there was very little interest here in the FM tuner -- most folks are focused on video capture. I wasn't able to find anyone with a working PVR-350 radio tuner. If you are able to get the tuner in your 150 working, I'd certainly be curious.
