Look for a manufacturer name on it, seems if 39 and 47 work, its most likely
an LG tuner, but would be good to confirm -- could also be a Philips MK3, or
who knows what else (can't believe how many different PVR-150 tuners have
crawled out of the woodwork lately ;-). Then you're looking for a model
number, something similar to TAPC H791F (if its an LG tuner).

I assume the tuner is inside the metal RF shielding, there's no markings on it other than the Hauppauge WinTV logo, "NTSC / NTSC - J 26032 REV C199". Next to the metal shielding, the PCB is marked 260000-03 (C) 2004. The other visible ICs on the board are 2 Conexant chips, a Samsung 431, a WM 8775, and a Z 53RM.

On the back of the PCB, it says "HannStar MV-4 94V-0" and then "0440" underneath.

I popped off the top of the RF shielding plate, there are a ton of coils and 2 ICs, neither with the LG logo. I don't recognize the picture, so I don't know the manufacturer:

The IC furthest from the coax connector is marked:

TDA98001
VCOPAO
Dn6043201

The IC closer to the coax connector is very difficult to read because it's so small, but here's the best guess:

TDA6503ATS
CD2364
TP04345

The logo on the two ICs looks kind of like a shield.

Sorry i couldn't be of more help.
