Can you actually look at the card and see if an saa7127 or saa7128 or -9 is
installed? If it's not easy to pull the card out to check this then don't
bother, it's mostly for my own curiosity.
Also, which module options do you have to set (if any)?

Not being completely up to speed with SECAM, are there situations where it
would matter for TV-out?
