Lucia, part of the reason you can't find many such export filters is that JabRef is mainly geared towards LaTeX/BibTeX. When used with BibTeX you use BibTeX styles to handle the formatting, so it's outside of what JabRef does in this case.
Are you using JabRef with Word, or with some other text processing system? If you use Word, perhaps http://www.ee.ic.ac.uk/hp/staff/dmb/perl/index.html could be useful - it will allow you to use JabRef with Word, using BibTeX styles to handle the formatting.
