Karma problem for commit in jakarta-commons

I have problems committing cactus in the jakarta-commons CVS. I could add
all the files but cannot commit them ...
Here is the message I get :


cvs -z6 commit -m "initial import of version 1.0 beta 1 (import from
jakarta-commons-sandbox)" cactus\LICENSE
