Sure, but I was more thinking about finishing the 0.1 release first... From all the points, which do you think should be put in the final 0.1 release ? My guess (unverified) is that: > 1* 16f support of the compiler is good, > 2* 18f probably is a bit buggy. > 3* we have good device files for almost all pic's. > 4* higher level libraries (like adc, but probably also other ones) > mostly support 16f chips. > 5* there might be functionality missing (can't say what by heart, but > a look at the peripherals in the datasheet might help). > 6* documenation (samples etc) could be better. > 7* support tools can make our work easier or better. > For 0.1, I'd 6 and 7 (maybe a little of 5...) 7 includes testing (tools, strategy), as well as continues integration > (compilation or testing). It's a good investment IMHO. Once configured, you have few to do to maintain it. As any project, you don't only produce what is considered the final results (and we also write a lot of code which produce jal code :)). I'm almost done on my buildbot, so I suggest we give a try, and see how it consumes our time (on the long term).
