Good, since I'm about to use 'm! I want to build a device which emulates 
2 serial ports (and cross my fingers that the PC drivers support 'm).

Do you have 2.4j?  I've downloaded the beta sources and compiled 2.4j.
For what I've seen it solves some long existing issues.

I suppose the bootloader and the RB5 button are optional?
