Sounds like Winblows-only. I'm not interested in such a package, and
don't care what it contains or how it works. But I have also no
objections as long as it becomes a separate additional package, and the
current package type (ZIP-file with embedded directory structure) is
maintained.

The name should indicate that it is Windoze specific, so people know
what to choose (or what to avoid).
