Comment #5 on issue 78 by robhamerling: Normalized format for jallib
information
http://code.google.com/p/jallib/issues/detail?id=78

To be sure about the effort needed to convert info in JSON format:

I wonder if it is useful to convert files which are extracts from
datasheets or
MPLAB-files which are created with a script and can easily be recreated by
running
the script again must be stored in JSON format.
That seems only useful when this data is used by another person which
cannot use the
current format (but can handle JSON) and/or cannot run the a script.

I use also some scripts (like devicespecific.cmd) which are effectively one
or more
'builtin' tables. Should these being converted to JSON?

I'll inverstigate my candidates and see how much work it is to do a
conversion.
