They show how to use very large numbers, so I think they might be

So far I didn't look into the sources of these samples, but now I do I
see there is not a single comment that draws attention to what it tries
to demonstrate. You have to read the code carefully to realize that it
can work with very larges numners.
BTW: I saw that the Description field of the 18f26k22 sample says it is
for the 18f4550. Of course also the references to print_scalable should
be removed (or changed to print.jal if you like).
Please also add some educational comments for the beginner to your samples.
I'm certainly not an SVN expert, but maybe I can help.
What do you want to do with these two samples? Dump 'm and make new, or
rename and update 'm?
