You can do it, or I will. As you like.
I just committed print_scalable. The handling of print_prefix (prevent
multiple profixes) is maybe not the most elegant, but it seems to work.
We may optimize this and probably other parts later.
I did several tests, and it seems OK, but I didn't check each end every
function. If you have time could you do some tests, please.
Other people who want to test this library are welcome too of course!
