After trying to install Jalview and Java and reinstall several times
Friday, I finally gave up. When I got in this morning, I checked my Java
installation (8+), it looked fine, and I tried again to install Jalview. It
worked fine this time. I can't explain it other than my computer needed to
rest over the weekend. ??

Anyway all is working now.
Thanks,
Sha
