Kenny, Redirect and Forward do this, with the list in the conf file, or
JDBCListserve can do it with a db stored list, just leave out the command
(subscribe/unsubscribe) mailet from conf and edit the list some other way.

an aliases file is a nice idea though, it might help cut across mindset
boundaries.
