Jon,

In June 1999 when you changed Village from LGPL to Apache style licensing, I
swear I remember you sending an email to the Town list requesting a similar
license change, and I again swear I remember both myself and David Lorax
(the two main contributors aside from yourself) agree to change the license.
We haven't put up a new public release of Town and updated the docs in
forever, but I was under the impression it was under the Apache style
license.  If somehow we missed this and I'm making this up, I fully support
the license change and I'm sure David will as well.
