Some comics for children might be good for beginning-level learners. I don't know what kinds of comics you're interested in, so I advise you to inquire at Mandarake, the biggest manga store in Japan. http://www.mandarake.co.jp/ You may be asked if you're 20 or older, but don't worry--it's not a porn shop. They just deal adult comics too and have to ask the question. Or you can ask Amazon.com.jp or Bookoff stores in the US. http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/489986/249-4496547- 2771500 Bookoff - Los Angeles 1610 W Redondo Beach Bl #E8, Gardena, CA 90247 310-532-5010 Bookoff - New York 14 E 41 St , New York, NY 10017-6200 212-685-1410 212-685-3667 There's also a store that sell comics online, so you might want to visit there. http://www.ebookjapan.jp/bs/f_url.asp? cid=VCT00001&url=/shop/index_manga.asp (the above address is one, not two) The page is for girls' comics. If that's not what you're looking for, check out other pages. Hope this will help. Kamui Yahoo!
