There is a known problem in Apache on Win32 platforms which causes the
output of CGIs and servlets to be buffered. I've spent a considerable
amount time recently going through the Apache source code and I'm convinced
that there isn't any way to fix the problem without doing some substantial
rewritting (and even then I'm not so sure).

The only workaround I've found so far is to make the connection back to the
client browser unbuffered by calling

        ap_bsetflag(r->connection->client, B_WR, 0);

in ajpv11_handler(). I've tested this locally and it appears to work OK.

Comments?  Ideas?
