Check the size of the jar file with this name "ApacheJServ.jar" which should
be under the directory where you unzipped the distribution (sth. like
"Apache JServ"). If the size is 0, then your problem is a trivial one. And
If it is true, please go to the JServ download page, read further down a
bit, and the FIRST question & answer will give you the wisdom. The reason I
donot copy the answer to you is a very selfish one, that is, I want you to
experience the same pain I have.
Again, if my guess are true, the problem is like a hoax on the newbies.
Maybe that is the price you pay for very nice but free software :)
