Nope, that is not the problem. That is one of the earlier ideas I
saw proposed awhile back in the archives. Also verified the perms on
the log files which apparently was another cause for the VM to crash.
It has been several days since I've played around with it.

I can start JServ manually, but get an error when trying to connect.
I don't remember the exact error at this time though.
