It is currently free for non-comercial use, namely for any projects where the jdk or 
jre are not bundled with the product. If your need of a JDK relies on this, go with 
blackdown or kaffe. Otherwise, this is an alpha release and a full release will be 
made commercially available in time, but feel free to use it for personal use. I feel 
the performance boost makes it worth it.
