The easiest way to see what the current licensing terms are is try to
download JSDK 2.0 again (http://java.sun.com/rproducts/servlet) because
you will have to accept the license terms to continue.

There is a paragraph (#2) about royalty-free distribution rights, but
there's some conditions on it that we would have to respect.
