An official release of Java1.2 and Java3D for Linux would solve ALL my
problems!  I would then be able to develop on my home machine, on Linux.  I
appreciate that using the Mesa OpenGL implementation would perhaps cause
problems for Sun, but then I don't understand why you have to pay for OpenGL
anyway.

Before I wander TOO far of topic ;-) please let me add my voice to those
calling for more Linux support from Sun.
