Good news. I registered our company to Google Apps, added users and
set up calendars. All works great, but there are still some things I
have to figure out. If you guys don't mind, I'll write down my list,
maybe someone can help me out.

- How to create a Calendar, that everybody has automatically in the
Calendar webinterface? It seems like everybody has to subscribe to it.
- How to share a calender and give everybody write permission , but
deny him to change or delete entries made by other users?
- How to deactivate E-Mail? As I wrote, we don't want to use Google
Apps for emailing (right now). Therefor, I left the E-Mail app
deactivated, as I can see in the dashboard. But users see an E-Mail
link on there google apps startpage and can use it to send mails (but
not receive, because our DNS records does not point to google)
