Dick, As a member of 'the silent majority' I just wanted to add my appreciation for you and the rest of the Posse. I have only been programming in Java for a year, and I find your podcasts an excellent resource for information, news and great entertainment. I am constantly scanning my news-reader for a new episode. I love the way you guys tell it 'the way it is' or at least the way you see it. It's refreshing to hear you discuss topics in this way.
If you stopped broadcasting, you would be sorely missed. Please don't let a few comments mess with your Mojo :) The Java community owes you guys a great debt of gratitude.
