I had a longer post, but I'm full of crap. So I offer these bullet points which I see relate to both people's frustrations with the posse and the talk about Apple's controversial franchise:
- if you don't like a restaurant, you don't complain, you just don't go back - there is no such thing as bad publicity I do think it's important to have some discussion about Apple as their approach has the power to set dangerous precedent in the whole industry. But while I do think Apple is breaking my heart, I'm just going to stop returning their calls and start seeing other vendors.
