To solve the quarrel about tech talk and Joe: I am listening to other podcasts where the same publishers (the posse members in this case) deliver different episodes with different focus.
So there could be a java focused episode, a Scala focused episode and a user experience focused episode for example. And I also would like to have shorter 30 minutes episodes as my lunch break is 30 minutes while my home path is about one hour. So if one of the episodes is a shorter one I could listen to that during lunch while I listen to a longer one (with different focus) on my way home. That way the people not interested in user experience could skip just that episodes. Goinglinux.com for example does it that way or Chariot tech casts.
