Yes, I'm still puzzled at reading that post. Again:

Carlo Piana, a lawyer affiliated with the FSF Europe, wrote about that
<http://www.piana.eu/it/sun_> when he explained why he joined Oracle's
legal team. A website that always supports IBM's actions
unconditionally (and IBM publicly supported the Oracle-Sun deal)
parroted Carlo Piana's argument.


So it sounds as mr. Piana was supporting Oracle... because IBM wished
so 8-O. It's unbelievable. This is the kind of illogical rants that we
frankly don't need to understand better what's happening.
