If reputation is so important then why on earth does anybody buy Websphere ? Yes i know there are a zillion other addons for WS that do all sorts of wonderful things but many people buy just WS the app server, when they could have picked any other JEE alternative.
I have never seen a unbiased blog saying how great Websphere is. Everybody(developer) hates it.
