David, it is confusing but I admire you for figuring it out. Actually, it would appear that the jaws programmer folks might take a look at this and see what could be done to deconfuse this process. Remember when we had todo two or three key things to manually turn on forms mode? What a time consuming little dance that was (in an older version of jaws). Thanks for sharing. marilyn
