Hi John I am also using Outlook 2010 and I tried the ctrl + Delete key on two open emails and nothing happened. Are you sure these are the keys you are using? To close this message and delete the message, I do control key plus letter D to delete the message and open the next E mail which is read from top to bottom without headers. Again, you do the control delete while in an open message. Why is this, this is not acceptable. This behavior does not happen in Windows 10 mail, messages are read in their entirety when opening an email. Work arouns like control home and then doing a say all such as must be done in outlook are a productivity killer and should not be tolerated. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Kurt Miller Sent: Friday, June 2, 2017 11:08 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] opening up an email Patty, When it opens, use control home to go to the top of the email and then use say all. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of patti Sent: Friday, June 2, 2017 10:34 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] opening up an email I'm sorry, but I don't understand.
