There are two options that come up for me.  I select the option to copy
using the Virtual cursor  You may hear full content using on screen

I have this same exact problem when I try to copy text from a library
program. Text articles will be on the screen and when I select all jaws says
nothing, so when I copy it says nothing, when I paste nothing is there. This
forces me to go back to using window eyes and I would rather use just one
screen reader.
