Hi there! I solved my issue by pressing JAWS key plus the letter V to activate the quick settings. I then put the word copy in the search box. There are two options that come up for me. I select the option to copy using the Virtual cursor You may hear full content using on screen highlight. Just press the spacebar to switch to the virtual cursor.
