I just wanted to mention that the email list that Tom mentioned, which had difficulties for a prolonged period of time, did not have problems with people who had Gmail accounts. However, it, too, had its own server and there were several providers, including mine, who blocked its messages as spam. The problem was solved by moving the list to io Groups.
