Go to your Jaws window, an insert j will take you there. If you have Jaws set to run in your system tray, then you will be placed on the options menu, if not, then you will need to press your alt key and in either case, press enter on options. Press enter on, basics. Tab one time to, access keys and up or down arrow to, speak all. At that point you can press enter. Now when you access your menu bar with the alt key, Jaws will announce the hotkey it takes to get to that function.

Then when you press your alt key to access your ribbon, you will hear the hotkey for accessing that item. When you are familiar with the hotkeys, you can turn them off again.
