Hi Fred, I also have this always on top window on the JAWS Task List. I am sure this is JAWS-RELATED, because I could check it by pressing INSERT+Q after switching to this window from the JTL. I think this is for the Virtual Cursor image on the screen which was introduced a few JAWS 18 updates ago, but Im not sure.
