JAWS 2018 is not considered an update to JAWS 18. It's starts all over, and you need to install it separately from JAWS 18. You can do this with the 2018 disc or by updating from the VFO website. If you install from the CD, you'll need to update the way you do with JAWS 18, except you'll use the JAWS 2018 menu system, or else (again) by going to the website
