Mike, This is not a saved PDF. It is actually on the web and I want to download it, but it opens right up with making me tab to start the reading order. The control page up and down does not work for me here. Do you have any other suggestions for me? This link is only good for 3 days to download this. I was going to try and copy and paste it into a document, but only page 1 came over and when I go to the end on the website, it is on page 1. Thanks, Kurt
