Adrian, I just found the problem. I went back in to follow your directions and when it told me, "This untagged, 4-page document must be prepared for reading with assistive technology., it ended up that it was set to read only the page displayed and not the entire document. After I changed this, then all worked well. Thank you guys for your help. I have it saved now. Kurt"
