I got a Windows 7 update a couple of days ago and my bank website no longer recognized my computer so I had to go through steps to re-identify myself. I went to print a MS Word doc and the computer announced that it could not find my printer even though it was listed right there. In that case I just pressed enter on the correct printer and it was back. What ever that last update was it did a lot of unfriendly stuff.

The only difference that I see with my outlook program is that now when I press the insert key and the page down key Jaws says, the number of e-mails I have, the number of unread e-mails and this is a new addition in the past couple of weeks, it says receive/send and of course at the end it says the usual 10%. Could this new addition of Send/Receive cause the problem in my Outlook becoming so sluggish? I do not know what I may have pressed to cause this problem. Can anyone give me a detailed fix to avoid this sluggish Outlook problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
