I've always read those two lines with alt 1 for the from field and alt 3 for
the to field, and that still works.
But when I go to the top of the message with control home, which I do
regularly because that's the only way I've been able to get to the top for
years in Outlook, Jaws sometimes reads the from line, rather than the top
line of the message, ever since this new update. And I have to close every
email in order to respond to it with control R. I emailed VFO about
responding to emails and they has two complicated work arounds for me. It's
simpler to just close the email and then respond.
However, one of their emails had questions for me to answer. If I pressed
control R and went down to their original email and answered the questions,
that worked fine. And then I could go back up to the top of the email and
write something with no problem.
I know this is complicated. It's really hard to describe. I'm just sorry I
did the update.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2016

Hi friends,

Using the latest JAWS 2018 and Microsoft Outlook 2016.
If I open an email, I don't seem to be able to change in to JAWS cursor and
read the top of the message heading where the to and cc fields are which is
how I would normally check this.
Has anyone had any similar issues?
The only way I can read the to and cc fields is to shift+tab back to them
and it is sometimes useful to use the JAWS cursor to read the top part of
the screen.
