I must say I am not exactly sure what you are asking so I will base my answer on what I think you mean. If this is a swing and a miss as they say in baseball I apologize in advance.
If you are speaking about that long directory you can hit delete to remove a subscription entry. If you are talking about a folder containing podcast that you have subscribed to you probably should check "my documents" folder and look for "my recent podcast" folder to locate the folders containing the various podcasts downloads.
