Go to the link you want to download. Rout jaws to pc and make sure
your on the link with jaws key num4 or 6. then right mouse button on
it. The menu you want will open.

JAWS 8 with Windows XP Home installed on it. I tried to download
several files this evening and neither the Applications key nor the
right mouse button would work properly. Instead of displaying the
option to download a file, it would merely allow you to save the web
page and not the file being linked to. I had my dad, who is sighted,
use the touch-screen mouse pad and download several files. He was
able to do it without problems. Every time I used the arrow keys,
pressing the Applications key or the right mouse button only
resulted in pulling down a menu to change the background display.
Are there certain netbooks that JAWS does not interface well with?
Any help would be appreciated.
